Very pleasant experience. Learned so much about how stretching is a simple and effective way to keep the body from getting stiff which leads to pain. It's not because of "old" age but lack of movement....simple stretching is so effective. BUT....you need an experienced individual to teach the correct way to avoid injury. At Stretch Recovery you will learn this. 🥰

Injured my lower back in a rugby game. I could barely even move for a couple days. Went to visit these guys at Stretch and they had me back out on the pitch in less than 2 weeks and I didn’t have to miss any games. Highly recommend

I used Stretch today with Caroline for their 55 minute session. I really enjoyed it. Caroline was pleasant, welcoming, communicative, and had good hands. Using the Hypervolt massage gun and a hot pack to warm me up before the work was also an excellent touch. I recommend for anyone, and especially those who need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, or in recovery after hard work (think marathons, triathlons, CrossFit).I also met Jake the founder and had a great exchange of info and discussion on their approach.

I recently moved from the Tenafly area and was delighted to see that Stretch just opened a new location in this area. The Westfield team meets the high bar set by the Tenafly team, who helped me recover from an IT band issue last year. I haven't had any issues since, and am very excited to continue frequenting Stretch at this fantastic new location!

Stretch Recovery Lounge is amazing! Definitely check this place out, especially if you are an athlete. Recovery is so important for staying healthy and playing your best. As an aging athlete, I try to take care of my body, and Stretch is amazing for keeping me injury free and for recovery after beating up my body on the field or in the gym. Jake and his team are not only super professional and knowledgeable, but also super friendly and will take care of you. Definitely check this place out!!!

I was suffering from excruciating lower back pain, and I was desperate. This facility brought me back to life. My therapist, Herman, was outstanding. He was so compassionate, skilled and kind. I am still doing great because he helped me to be able to exercise again. I will be forever grateful.

The results speak for themselves!Within just a few visits I became pain FREE in my lower back. We noticed a change in my range of motion almost immediately. As someone who is very active, (at the very least standing all day at work) Stretch has been an absolute game changer for me and they have earned themselves a client for LIFE!I can’t thank them enough. I occasionally deal with hip bursitis. Physical therapy had cost me a fortune in the past. I signed up for a gold membership, and they went to work on it. Problem now under control! And, at a fraction of the cost of PT. I wouldn't think twice about going back. Herman was my stretch coach. I highly recommend!

Exceptional customer attention, and the most knowledgeable staff around, which is the most important thing when it comes to assisted stretching and athletic recovery. I can't over what a huge benefit Stretch has brought to my day-to-day well being. As an athlete I had gotten so used to being sore every day that I thought it was the norm. Not only were the therapists at Stretch great with me hands on, but they gave me the tools to take my recovery process to the next level. A good session with Jake has me feeling as spry as a 16 year old. Highly recommend this place to anybody looking to feel better physically and mentally.

I booked a compression session after an intense two workout Saturday session on ClassPass. The staff was very accommodating and nice and the compression was awesome! I walked in feeling very sore and walked out almost good as new! I’ve never done assisted stretching but there were two people there during my session and the trainers sounded very attentive and knowledgeable. I will be back!

More than just your normal Stretch facility! They have it all! I woke up with a pulled back and immediately booked my first appointment with them. I got a combo- half stretch half deep tissue massage from Herman and by the time i left, i felt amazing and back to normal. Both Herman and the founder, Jake, were super friendly and helpful from the moment II arrived until the moment I left. I will be definitely returning to this facility and recommend it to all!

Very interesting concept. I visited through ClassPass for 18 credits which is around $30-$35, but the price normally for a 30 minute stretch would be $50. First you warm up your muscles on a stationary bike and then you passively let the stretch therapist stretch your muscles. They use a muscle massage gun to loosen tense muscles. I think this would be great if you were training for a marathon and wanted a fast recovery in between long training sessions. I went here hoping to prevent a flare up of my Plantar Fasciitis prior to a week of skiing.

This place is fantastic. I highly recommend you try stretch. The staff was amazing and worked with me to create a program that fit my needs. I have gone several times in the last few weeks and my body has not felt this good in years. I’m very active but getting older. My body does not recover at 53 the way it did when I was younger. Jake knew exactly what I needed. I will be back on a regular basis.

What a find! These guys are pros. Jake and his awesome team helped me train for my first half marathon and I can’t imagine doing another race without them. Loved this place! I went in to address shoulder and upper back pain from sitting behind a desk all day and walked out feeling like a new woman. I get massages pretty frequently, but the addition of professional stretching resulted in much more corrective and longer lasting relief. The atmosphere and staff were fantastic.

Stretch has become a regular part of our family's exercise routine. My 14 year old son has seen a lot of improvement in his flexibility in just a few weeks and he is a regular user of the NormaTec Compression Therapy boots which help his legs recover after challenging workouts. I was having neck pain and lower back pain and being stretched a couple times a week has done wonders for it. Jake and his team are very knowledgeable and make going to Stretch a vey pleasant experience. I highly recommend Stretch!

The big differentiator with Stretch is that Jake is a professional athlete himself. He understands elite level care and what is required to achieve your goals. I was also incredibly impressed at Stretch’s attitude with clients: they agreed to meet me at the facility before early morning workouts, which is a plus for my training.
