Ciara is awesome. I love working with her. While stretching you Ciara explains in a soft voice the reasons and the purpose of each particular stretch. She makes you so relaxed that you feel a oneness with her which allows the body to be relaxed and can be moved freely while being stretched. Ciara is very knowledgeable about her job. I cannot wait for my next stretch session.Jillian.

Ciara here is a diamond! She's more than just a stretch therapist. She's an experience. Super personality, knows all the stretches and not scared to let you know when she's trying something new she learned, and amazing table side manors! They use heat, massage gun, light massage, and all the best stretches for those tight areas. This place is a win. I finally made it with the free session and signed up for $39.99 month plan with 4 - 25 min stretches. That's 75% off first month. Please give Ciara a try! Thank you so much Ciara and Stretch Recovery Lounge Westfield!

My session with Kara was absolutely delightful!!!I will be back!

01:16 02 Aug 25

I had never even heard of a Stretch Lab when I saw the ad for a free first session. Because I had recently injured my bicep, I decided to try it.Nicollette was very welcoming and understanding of my confusion. She walked me through each step of the process, making sure I was comfortable with the plan.I asked for help with my shoulder and wanted to increase my range of motion in my neck. Here's what I experienced:Low key atmosphere, focused only on care for the client, including free bottles of cool water.Oversized treatment tables with enough room for the staff to easily work with you while feeling confortable with space.Short warm up, literally, with warm compress and gentle kneading to wake up the muscle groups. Then gentle, sustained movements that begin to stretch the areas being targeted. The stretches are held long enough to suggest to the muscles they should let go. Then the stretch is relaxed and applied again - so there's no extreme movements, no soreness but there IS more freedom of movement and feels there's space between my joints and relaxed muscles. I felt taller when I left. The feeling that not a lot was being accomplished begins ro creep in until I realized my shoulder wasnt hurting and the release in my muscles lasted several days.I'm eager for long-term healing, so I made a couple more appointments. Today was my second treatment, and it was everything the first one was and more!Thank you, Nicollette, I feel like we're working together to same goal!

16:33 27 Jun 25

An amazing place to improve your flexibility, range of motion and overall movement health. I was spoiled by originally having Herman as my stretch specialist for a couple months but then our schedules didn’t align. Little did I know, it was a good thing because I was then paired with Nicolette who is a very talented, knowledgeable and super professional specialist. She knows her stuff. I’ve come in contact with some of the other specialist and they all are friendly and very helpful. I have only been to the Westfield location. Very clean, they are always wiping down equipment and tidying up plus they ensure I’m comfortable at all times. They are big on safety and not overdoing the therapy to prevent injury. It’s been 3 months and almost a dozen sessions in (including the NormaTec compression boots). I have no complaints. They are also very easy to reach in the event of rescheduling. Great office hours, lots of free parking and some great food places nearby.

00:10 24 Jun 25

This place helps me to reset. Never realize how much tension I carry in my body. Ciara and MaeKenzi are great!

Today, I had an amazing experience at the Stretch Recovery Lounge in Ridgewood! I worked with Lauren, and in just 25 minutes, she gave me the most incredible stretches that I already feel more flexible. She made me feel so good, both physically and mentally, and even gave me the confidence that with consistent visits, I'll be doing the splits in no time. My tight hamstrings have been a constant struggle, but Lauren gave me real hope that I won’t have to deal with that discomfort forever. I know she’s not usually at the Ridgewood location, so I feel extra lucky that I got to meet her. She’s an absolute ray of sunshine and truly made my night. I also want to give a shoutout to the whole team at Stretch, as everyone here is so kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. If you’re considering coming in, don’t think twice. Just sign up, I promise you won’t regret it!!

Hi my name is Frank and I would love to tell you about my experience at the Tenafly Stretch Recovery Lounge. First I would like to share that I am a man who was very active in sports but ALWAYS hated to stretch. Well father time has caught up to me and I started pulling muscles and having serious hamstring issues. I have been going to p/t but that hasn't worked. So one day I came across Tenafly Stretch Lounge and was immediately impressed with my first free session. Well to fast forward I have been going to the Tenafly facility for almost 2 years and am very very impressed. The facility is well maintained very clean and the whole vibe is just relaxing as soon as you walk in . But now for the BEST part . Nicole the young lady that has been working with me is Phenomenal. She is a very knowledgeable compassionate ,strong handed woman with a very gentle touch that has made a lot of my discomfort disappear. Since working with Nicole I find that I have a lot more flexibility and am not experiencing the pain that I did before!!!This place is a gem and Nicole is clearly a Superstar who knows how to stretch those muscles!!!

12:30 23 Jun 24

Alexis Kearney is as good as it gets! I started going to Stretch Recovery Lounge approximately 6 months ago with daily backpain and Alexis has been able to stretch and treat my back where I have little to no pain anymore. If you're considering going to them: run, don't walk!

I've been a client for a year and a half and couldn't recommend it more. Stephanie is outstanding and the stretching has made a profound difference as I get a little older and bounce back a little slower. I'm an avid Peloton rider and Stretch Recovery Lounge allows me to keep doing the things I love.

13:49 11 Mar 24

I went in for a free stretch with Stefanie and I have been a customer for a little over a year now. I hold all of my stress in my shoulders and neck and was getting a terrible pinched nerve daily. I was desperate for relief. Stretch Recovery in Westfield gave me the relief I was seeking.Stefanie has become a part of my daily wellness routine. She helps with my stress and I feel so refreshed and flexible after our stretches. She is so friendly and great at her job- I highly recommend her- if she isn't already booked up that is....

Only 30 mins away from rockland county ny Stretch recovery lounge is worth every minute ! My husband snd I have been coming for a few years now and love the friendly positive always willing to help staff! I have been to almost all the therapists there and all have a unique way of stretching. My favorite is Kayle who knows exactly how to target my pain points.Stretching has become part of my pain management routine. Along with proper fitness and nutrition stretch has allowed me to manage my chronic headaches stiffness sciatic pain neck and shoulder tightness from workouts or long walks without the use of pain meds. which eventually had a negative effect on my GI tract. So glad I found an alternative solution that I look forward to every week!

01:17 08 Mar 24

As someone with a knee injury, my experience at Stretch Recovery Lounge in Westfield, NJ, has been nothing short of exceptional. From the outset, Stephanie, my therapist, demonstrated a deep understanding of my specific needs. She conducted a thorough assessment of my knee injury, ensuring that each assisted stretching session is tailored to support my rehabilitation. The level of expertise and genuine concern for my well-being is evident in every session.Stephanie has exhibited a remarkable skill set. With her guidance, I have felt a noticeable improvement in my flexibility and a reduction in knee discomfort after just a few sessions. Her approach is both gentle and effective, emphasizing the importance of gradual progress and ensuring that I feel comfortable throughout the process.I wholeheartedly endorse Stretch Recovery Lounge for anyone, whether you're dealing with an injury or simply seeking a rejuvenating stretch. Trust me when I say this – while attempting to stretch on your own is an option, the depth and duration you can achieve at the lounge surpass what you can accomplish independently.

12:33 18 Feb 24

Was looking for a place to help with stretches, all the therapist have been great, been going there for over a year, active 60 year old, and they are helping me stay active

As a pro athlete, I have tried countless recovery techniques over the years to get my body feeling better. Stretch was exactly what I have been looking for all these years. In less than an hour all of the tension in my neck, back, hips and legs was relieved. Felt like a new man walking out the door. If you're experiencing any discomfort anywhere in your body, I highly recommend giving Stretch a shot.

Very pleasant experience. Learned so much about how stretching is a simple and effective way to keep the body from getting stiff which leads to pain. It's not because of "old" age but lack of movement....simple stretching is so effective. BUT....you need an experienced individual to teach the correct way to avoid injury. At Stretch Recovery you will learn this. 🥰

Amazing place, amazing staff!

23:39 24 Jan 22

I used Stretch today with Caroline for their 55 minute session. I really enjoyed it. Caroline was pleasant, welcoming, communicative, and had good hands. Using the Hypervolt massage gun and a hot pack to warm me up before the work was also an excellent touch. I recommend for anyone, and especially those who need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, or in recovery after hard work (think marathons, triathlons, CrossFit).I also met Jake the founder and had a great exchange of info and discussion on their approach.

I recently moved from the Tenafly area and was delighted to see that Stretch just opened a new location in this area. The Westfield team meets the high bar set by the Tenafly team, who helped me recover from an IT band issue last year. I haven't had any issues since, and am very excited to continue frequenting Stretch at this fantastic new location!

Stretch Recovery Lounge is amazing! Definitely check this place out, especially if you are an athlete. Recovery is so important for staying healthy and playing your best. As an aging athlete, I try to take care of my body, and Stretch is amazing for keeping me injury free and for recovery after beating up my body on the field or in the gym. Jake and his team are not only super professional and knowledgeable, but also super friendly and will take care of you. Definitely check this place out!!!

This place has been the absolute best! Friendly staff, good advise, and perfect care. Adding stretch into my running routine has helped my body recover a lot faster, making my long runs feel a lot better. Looking forward to marathon season when this will really come in hand.

03:13 30 Mar 21

Staff is highly knowledgeable and their capabilities are high ranging. Their equipment is top tier and they’re equipped for many functions. They’ve helped me with both injury rehab and performance optimization. Can’t recommend them enough.

00:03 29 Mar 21

Stretch has transformed my recovery. I’m always sore after games or workouts, and my flexibility is trash, but stretch has helped me recover faster and work on my mobility to improve athletic performance. Definitely recommend!

23:31 28 Mar 21

I love Stretch! Highly recommend to all

21:49 28 Mar 21

Top tier facilities and knowledgeable staff. The Stretch team helped me implement a recovery routine that kept me on the field this past season in the face of nagging injuries. I would recommend Stretch to both competitive athletes and those seeking to live a healthy active life.

20:27 28 Mar 21

Jake and the team really know their stuff. Turns out my quadratus lumborum was super tight and needed some work. Highly recommended for injury prevention and recovery

20:19 28 Mar 21

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They will help you get back on the field quickly.

20:15 28 Mar 21

Jake helped me increase my range of motion, would recommend to anybody!

20:09 28 Mar 21

Owner has a wealth of knowledge in sports medicine/ physiology and is complemented with an extraordinary and friendly staff

20:08 28 Mar 21

The results speak for themselves!Within just a few visits I became pain FREE in my lower back. We noticed a change in my range of motion almost immediately. As someone who is very active, (at the very least standing all day at work) Stretch has been an absolute game changer for me and they have earned themselves a client for LIFE!I can’t thank them enough. Everything is super clean, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff is perfectly professional. Last thing I will mention is, as active as I am, I knew I needed something like this. For the people that I work with that are sedentary, YOU NEED THIS EVEN MORE!Thank me later!

20:02 28 Mar 21

Jake really knows what he is doing, great experience

12:15 27 Mar 21

I occasionally deal with hip bursitis. Physical therapy had cost me a fortune in the past. I signed up for a gold membership, and they went to work on it. Problem now under control! And, at a fraction of the cost of PT. I wouldn't think twice about going back. Herman was my stretch coach. I highly recommend!

15:11 12 Dec 20

Exceptional customer attention, and the most knowledgeable staff around, which is the most important thing when it comes to assisted stretching and athletic recovery. After my sessions at Stretch, I feel great and ready to take on the rest of my day. If you want to feel at your best at all times, I highly recommend you try Stretch as soon as possible

21:17 08 Dec 20

I can't over what a huge benefit Stretch has brought to my day-to-day well being. As an athlete I had gotten so used to being sore every day that I thought it was the norm. Not only were the therapists at Stretch great with me hands on, but they gave me the tools to take my recovery process to the next level. A good session with Jake has me feeling as spry as a 16 year old. Highly recommend this place to anybody looking to feel better physically and mentally.

I booked a compression session after an intense two workout Saturday session on ClassPass. The staff was very accommodating and nice and the compression was awesome! I walked in feeling very sore and walked out almost good as new! I’ve never done assisted stretching but there were two people there during my session and the trainers sounded very attentive and knowledgeable. I will be back!

16:13 30 Jan 20

More than just your normal Stretch facility! They have it all! I woke up with a pulled back and immediately booked my first appointment with them. I got a combo- half stretch half deep tissue massage from Herman and by the time i left, i felt amazing and back to normal. Both Herman and the founder, Jake, were super friendly and helpful from the moment II arrived until the moment I left. I will be definitely returning to this facility and recommend it to all!

12:58 24 Jan 20

Very interesting concept. I visited through ClassPass for 18 credits which is around $30-$35, but the price normally for a 30 minute stretch would be $50. First you warm up your muscles on a stationary bike and then you passively let the stretch therapist stretch your muscles. They use a muscle massage gun to loosen tense muscles. I think this would be great if you were training for a marathon and wanted a fast recovery in between long training sessions. I went here hoping to prevent a flare up of my Plantar Fasciitis prior to a week of skiing.

02:34 06 Dec 19

This place is fantastic. I highly recommend you try stretch. The staff was amazing and worked with me to create a program that fit my needs. I have gone several times in the last few weeks and my body has not felt this good in years. I’m very active but getting older. My body does not recover at 53 the way it did when I was younger. Jake knew exactly what I needed. I will be back on a regular basis.

02:12 06 Dec 19

Stretch is the BEST! They have a great staff and genuinely care for their customers. Will definitely be going back!

02:11 06 Dec 19

The previous reviews say it all. This place is impeccable. If stretching is a renaissance in society today, Jake (the owner) is Leonardo davinci. Completely eliminated some mobility problems I was experiencing. He has magic hands. Thanks to the stretch team! Go check it out!

18:42 05 Dec 19

This was such a great experience! The team is fantastic and my tight muscles after a heavy workout are very thankful! Loved it!

21:59 02 Dec 19

What a find! These guys are pros. Jake and his awesome team helped me train for my first half marathon and I can’t imagine doing another race without them. By guiding me through steps on how to stretch properly and recover, they helped me train more comfortably and avoid set backs along the way. Thanks for everything!

22:28 30 Nov 19

Today was the first time I went to a recovery facility and Stretch exceeded my expectations! I felt great leaving the session and I plan on making this part of my routine. The staff was great and communicated well during the session. Looking forward to my next visit!

01:05 26 Nov 19

Loved this place! I went in to address shoulder and upper back pain from sitting behind a desk all day and walked out feeling like a new woman. I get massages pretty frequently, but the addition of professional stretching resulted in much more corrective and longer lasting relief. The atmosphere and staff were fantastic.

18:00 20 Nov 19

Stretch has become a regular part of our family's exercise routine. My 14 year old son has seen a lot of improvement in his flexibility in just a few weeks and he is a regular user of the NormaTec Compression Therapy boots which help his legs recover after challenging workouts. I was having neck pain and lower back pain and being stretched a couple times a week has done wonders for it. Jake and his team are very knowledgeable and make going to Stretch a vey pleasant experience. I highly recommend Stretch!

The big differentiator with Stretch is that Jake is a professional athlete himself. He understands elite level care and what is required to achieve your goals. I was also incredibly impressed at Stretch’s attitude with clients: they agreed to meet me at the facility before early morning workouts, which is a plus for my training.

19:36 22 Oct 19

I stopped by Stretch Recovery the other day, after a few days of intense workouts. Jake and the team did an incredible job helping to stretch me out and speed up my recovery. It was my first experience being stretched, but certainly won't be my last. If you're considering trying it, or if you're curious about it, I cannot recommend Stretch highly enough
